Where do you LIVE?
Sara: I live in the Byers section of the West Wash Park neighborhood near the revitalized Broadway corridor and all of the great restaurants along Alameda. I love the historic character of the area and enjoy being close to Wash Park for a quick nature fix in the middle of the city!

Sandi: I live in uptown and enjoy living close to restaurants, cultural attractions and the vibrant core of Denver.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
Sara: Getting to do what you love every day and share your passion with others…it doesn’t get better than that! I love the process of getting to know my clients, sharing my knowledge of the flavor and character of each neighborhood, and providing highly personalized service to help clients find not only the home but the area that is just right for them.

Sandi: I love being able to help families fulfill their dreams. With twenty years as a licensed realtor and fifteen additional years as a real estate paralegal, I have the expertise necessary to deal with the many details necessary to help her clients find their dream homes.

What Music Is Currently In Your iPod?
Sara: Literally just about every kind of music you can imagine! My 14 year old daughter has taken over my iPod so we now share an eclectic mix of everything from classical, jazz, reggae, indie rock, and bluegrass to pop and country.

Sandi: I love a lot of different music but the ipod always finds its way back to the Beatles.

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
Sara: Currently, my daughter and our horses get most of my time and money when I am not working with my clients! We also support the Denver Dumb Friends League, the Colorado Horse Rescue, and the Gathering Place.

Sandi: I am a volunteer for History Colorado. Sharing and preserving our past is extremely important to me.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
Sara: Potager, Telegraph, and Bittersweet are all amazing for their fresh and creative fare. We love walking to get ice cream at Sweet Action on Broadway in the summer. The friendly neighborhood atmosphere and fresh fish at Taki Sushi make it our favorite sushi spot. We buy our wine at Divino Wine and Spirits on Broadway…they have a great selection of wine that you don’t see anywhere else and are always happy to make a recommendation.

Sandi: I live near the 17th Avenue Restaurant district and there are many temptations. Because I believe you should always eat dessert first, I recommend starting at D Bar for a delicious treat. For a tasty lunch, I love the Avenue Grill and for a decadent dinner, I recommend Beast and Bottle.
